Welcome to the official JCAC Swim Team web site! We are a parent-run organization which is part of the National U.S.S. Swim Program.
Our team is coached by Pat Briggs, a U.S.S. Level III Swim Coach with more than 25 years experience. Our approach is to develop swimming skills as well as enhance character-building through strong support.
Spring Practice Schedule: |

 Red Group |
Ages 13+ | Monday through Friday 3:30 to 5:30 PM |
 White Group |
Ages 9-12 | Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30 - 7:00 PM |
 Blue Group |
Ages 8- | Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30 - 6:30 PM |
Coach will move swimmers to the proper level as their skills improve.
We are swimming at Jackson High School Pool.
